CoolZino Mobile App Access Anywhere

We operate one account for three different systems. Wherever you fire up the site on your laptop, step through our mobile application or open our mobile site in your phon’s browser, your account balance, bonuses and history are still there. That means we have one sign on that unlocks everything.

Security is handled with encrypted data transfer and optional two-step authentication on your account. We ask you to verify your email address during sign up, which protects your username and makes password recovery painless later. Terdersoft B.V. operates CoolZino under Curaçao Gaming Authority Licence No. OGL/2024/1126/0521, and players in Germany can fund accounts with Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, PaysafeCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, bank transfer or crypto including BTC, ETH, LTC and USDT. Stuck at any step? Our customer support team answers 24/7 on live chat and at [email protected].

Sign Up process on Desktop

Our desktop site is the most spacious way to view our games and the Cool Zino login appears on every page in the top corner.

Open the official website on your computer and click the green sign up button.
Enter your email address. Think of a new password and select EUR as your currency.
Add your personal details, full name, date of birth and home address.
Tick the terms box and confirm you’re 18 or older.
Check your inbox and click the confirmation link we send you.

This whole process takes around 2 minutes, and verification will then occur at a later time, typically before your initial cash-out, when we will require a photo identification along with a current utility company bill or bank statement. Once uploaded these documents will keep your accounts verified for cashouts within our €1,000 daily limit.

Back in log-on, Sign in, then enter your email and password you used to register and sign in. Forgot password, go to reset link, open your email and change one within a minute.

Registration through Mobile App

The app has the same casino login flow, just condensed for a small screen.

Install the app on your device and open it.
Tap Register and enter your email address and password.
Fill in your personal information and select your currency.
Check the activation link we will send to you.

The one and a half minute mark, on a reasonable connection, seems to me to be a sort of realistic waiting time. It reaches a point where you can just go ahead and log in, which consists of pressing the app icon, entering your login and password for the first time. Do the fingerprint face thing and it doesn’t even require you to type.

Web Version from Mobile

Not interested in another app taking up your space? The login for CoolZino will work in all mobile web browsers. Visit the website, press menu, sign up and input your email and password then put in your address and click on the link we will send you. Same fast process! No download.

There are not any local caches saved in this route apart from your browser session, this may be preferred by users moving across multiple devices or sharing a tablet at home. If login problems occur clear cache or use the link for password recovery, our support team can reset anything persistent.
